			Pastor Brent Martini Brent is the Senior Pastor of PFC. Together with his wife, Esthea, they started the church in September 2003 in their living room. “Real, relevant and realistic” are words that best describe Brent’s outlook as a pastor. He loves teaching dynamic messages that are real and relevant for today’s society. God has birthed a love for Paarl and the people of Paarl in Brent’s heart. He wants to inspire God’s Body in this area and strive to extend God’s Kingdom and bring glory to His name. Above all else, he is a “family man” and loves to spend time with his wife and children.
			Pastor Esthea Martini Esthea stands alongside her husband as they lead the church. She is passionate about the Word of God and has a desire to see ladies reach their full potential in Christ. She is a wonderful teacher of the Word and heads up the ladies ministry at PFC which aims to impact, empower and equip the ladies spiritually, mentally and physically. At the end of a busy day, she likes to get back to what she loves best – being a wife and mother.
			Pastor Louwrens Erasmus Louwrens is the Worship Pastor at PFC. He is a highly talented and educated musician, and an anointed worship leader, passionate about excellent worship for an excellent King. Louwrens, and his wife Candi, are enthusiastic teachers of the Word with a desire to train and disciple leaders and see them equipped for Kingdom purposes. In the office, Louwrens can best be described as an operations manager that has a finger in almost every pie, making sure that everything runs as smoothly as it can.
			Sandra Eksteen Sandra is our Office Administrator that eagerly organizes our finances and general office tasks in excellence. She is very involved with the day-to-day running of the PFC office, making her a valuable part of the team.
			Alison du Toit Alison is Personal Assistant to Pastor Esthea and helps to administrate the ladies ministry, which has had a great impact among the ladies in Paarl. Alison also readily serves Esthea and the ladies involved with mentoring in any area that she may be needed in.
			Mikailé Bester Mikailé is heading up PFC’s community projects. This is a new venture for us and Mikailé is thus also involved in establishing these projects and getting the right infrastructures in place so that vital needs can be met in our community. She is passionate about the community and seeing people be restored and empowered to be who God intended for them to be.
			Carike Heydenrych Carike heads up PFC Kids, which aims to shape and equip children in the ways of God, from a young age, in a very practical and understandable way. She leads a wonderful team that strives to teach these children the Word of God through fun methods and memorable lessons – ensuring that the next generation is ready and equipped to be used by God.
