MENTORING WOMAN

Mentoring is a lifestyle. Jesus told us in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19) to make disciples and we have found Mentoring to be a great tool to disciple women.

In Mentoring we create an environment where you will be challenged to grow spiritually and become a “woman of the Word”. The key to mentoring is that you take ownership of your spiritual growth and take advantage of the opportunities provided to you. You need to pursue God and serve others in prayer.

Mentoring groups meet once a month. Within your group, you are also assigned a prayer partner for the month and you’ll meet with your prayer partner once a week. We end our year of mentoring with a banquet to celebrate what God has done in your life.

Mentoring will greatly benefit your life in that you will be challenged to take hold of what God wants to do in your life. As you respond to the principles in His Word, you are changed. You are covered in prayer by your leaders and the other ladies in the group. You will also grow when you reach out to your prayer partner with love, acceptance and prayer.

Mentoring is open to ALL ladies even if you are not a member at Paarl Family Church.
